Love having this convenience but not enough staff and some customers decide to bring 20 parcels and take a lot of time . Both times I had to wait reaaalllly long!!!!Not the staff fault but hire more people and customers should me more conscientious when buying online and returning everything at once!!!!!!!!

Have used this location in the Staples twice now. Both times there was a pleasant young lady that was quick to acknowledge me and assist. Completed Amazon return and FedEx pre labelled drop off.
