Have used this location in the Staples twice now. Both times there was a pleasant young lady that was quick to acknowledge me and assist. Completed Amazon return and FedEx pre labelled drop off.
Beyond awful someone took their break at the end of the shift so everyone is waiting for one lady and hopping she can do it all before they close in 20 minutes idk what is going on here but they NEED to hire more people and get a better boss
