Worst company ever … they sent me a package that need a signature to receive it… I was waiting the whole day for someone to knock my door or ring the bell instead you have a dumb delivery guy that he took picture of my door and he said no one is at the delivery place… like he need me to sleep outside waiting for him… worst experience and I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this company

I dropped off a package on Monday to ship via FedEx. The individual working at the counter scanned the QR code I provided and did not print a label, or provide me with a receipt when I asked. She told me that they don’t provide those. Four days later I still had no updates on the tracking number attached to my return so I called in and was told there had been an issue with printing the label and that they had been trying to contact me, despite having no contact information. I'm a contractor, ordered an expensive $1400 item for my customer (who is out of town), that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks later. Knowing that time frame, I brought my truck to the mechanics and needed to leave it there for 3 days. I visit at store today around 5:30 but the girl at customer service was very rude. She did not even great me and very rude behavior.
