I'm a contractor, ordered an expensive $1400 item for my customer (who is out of town), that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks later. Knowing that time frame, I brought my truck to the mechanics and needed to leave it there for 3 days. I visit at store today around 5:30 but the girl at customer service was very rude. She did not even great me and very rude behavior.
