Fed ex are the biggest dumpster fire of an excuse for a shipping company. I have never had a good experience with them ever. Not once.
I don't recommend using the services. Am originally from Africa. I came to send a package, and I needed to use the washroom. I asked a staff (and older lady) serving me and reluctantly told me to use Starbucks outside, but a man came asking for the washroom, and she happily walked him to the washroom. I am not sure of returning there anymore. 1 star rating was a mistake from my finger pls.
Very quick and friendly service
Honestly they have been the absolute worst, my true rating is 0 stars. My very important parcel was return to the sender before I even received an invoice for the duty fee cost. There was 0 communication and they still expect me to pay the duty fee!!!!
