Expected my parcel today just to see that an attempted delivery notice. Im in a apartment building theres clear instructions on the parcel room door right when they walk in and they could have even called me down with the intercom if they needed a signature instead they left for probably another delivery attempt. How is it every delivery service can understand these instructions but fed ex cant take the time to do it. Completely unacceptable!!
