They lost my import forms. And they keep harassing me about forms they should have on file since 2016. Im not impressed. Its costing me hours every package, phone calls, emails. This is not efficient. Its making me really frustrated. Its like someone is trying to steal the expensive packages. I dont have this problem with any other carrier.
They didn't accept my package because it was too big. It was a garden chair... Choose another FedEx location for big packages
