I wish I could give FedEx 0 stars, at 7 30 AM it says that the package is at my local facility, at 7 35, it says it's in a truck and is coming to me, the site also said it would come around 10:40 AM to 2:40 AM, its 6:46 PM same day it was supposed to come and it says its reaching tommorow, someone has to put FedEx out of buisness, I see other people saying the same thing, it is incredibly stupid how sellers are still using FedEx, how does a package go from coming to me in a truck, to coming tommorow with 0 explanation
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you.
It was a good one
They lost my import forms. And they keep harassing me about forms they should have on file since 2016. Im not impressed. Its costing me hours every package, phone calls, emails. This is not efficient. Its making me really frustrated. Its like someone is trying to steal the expensive packages. I dont have this problem with any other carrier.
