Tracked a package from St. Catharine's to Kenora, where a "trusted" 3rd party apparently has delivered it...which it hasn't!! Posted a bogus photo of a different package on a strange porch. Such an expensive and corrupt system. I will never use FedEx again! Not even our package in photo or the porch.
Day 5 and my overnight delivery to BC is still on its way to Winnipeg from Kenora. Seriously!! Either it’s in a ditch somewhere or you aren’t updating the tracking. I really hope it’s the latter.
I wouldnt give any stars if i could. a package i sent from BC has been sitting in the Kenora On FEDEX for 1.5 without any attempt to deliver. they keep delaying and delaying. Horrible!! there is no excuse for this. the package wasnt even big. a larger envelope with a small box in it
