Horrible. The customer service when we called FedEx was so hard to understand. We were told my husband could pick up our package as long as the addresses matched. Our home address. The young lady's told us our address needed to match the address on the package which was the msrcus dr address for staples. That's where it got shipped to. We don't live at staples obviously. Mine and my husband's addresses matched. Our last names don't. They wouldn't release the package to him because his address was not marcus drive like the pa... read more
