Very good customer service.. I pay a dollar for packaging coz I have a big box that need to be sealed properly.. not bad for a dollar if it’s properly pack. We drop off package because we don’t pay for pick up.. they do, they pay weekly fee for their pick up. So it’s reasonable. So if a dollar would make you broke pay the fee do to a FedEx pick up for your package.. or seal your own package so you don’t need to pay a dollar.
