Always great service!
FedEx used to be the gold standard for shipping companies. What the heck happened? They hold Harry & David shipments until they mold. Now a signature is needed for a package, and the delivery window of 11:00 to 2:30 has come and gone. Now it says by end of day. Customer service just says I have to just sit and wait to be here to sign for over five more hours. I call Bullshit. I’ve already sat for three hours.
Complete waste of time. Not a full service FedEx center, not sure why FedEx allows the window sign will be filing a complaint with them. If you have a FedEx account you cannot drop off packages. Cross this off your list and go somewhere else.
