I was able to easily ship my packages to their international destination. There may have been a slight surcharge, but I felt it was worth it for the convenience of this center's location. I also shipped a prepaid package here, and the process was seamless.
Just a warning THIS IS NOT A FED EX STORE it is just an "authorized" store. They only give the package to the driver. Also the fact the content of my package went missing as the package arrived at the destination and the person at the receiving end only got an empty box. I learned the hard way as an $1000 phone got stolen under their watch. Do yourself a favor and go to a Fed Ex store staffed by Fed Ex employees and save yourself money and time since even after I filled a claim neither Samsung nor Fed Ex reimbursed me for us... read more
Fedex plastered all over the PostalAnnex store. Refused to handle a simple barcode scan and label print. Have yet to have postal annex actually do anything, no surprise they're going out of business.
