I requested a hold at location and they acted like that was the first they heard of it when I went in to collect four days later. No clue where it might end up now. Avoid if at all possible. Now I have a $700 device somewhere in St Louis in subfreezing weather with no clue when, where or how I will get it. Every request I made online was conpletely ignored.
Terrible customer service! The storefront looks unkempt with very poor lighting. I will not be coming back!
