FedEx in this area is a nightmare with deliveries. We have a package room at my apt complex and they leave packages in the lobby instead, leading to stolen items. Then when attempting to call FedEx you get stuck in a phone tree that refuses to let you talk to a real person. I have never been so frustrated. Already got their "delivery manager" and put notes not to use the lobby, which they clearly do not read, so the delivery manager's a joke.
