Drivers will mark that they attempted delivery when they never came (we have cameras all around the building). Constant excuses for packages being lost or late (when they are the ones who make the delivery date).
I ordered something on 12/13/2024. It got to this FedEx site on 12/18/2024. Come early January I started to get annoyed. I figured it was holiday delays and what not. Nope it’s January 13,2025 and nothing!! Try to contact FedEx no luck. You get a stupid automated that doesn’t allow for an actual human. My next step is to actually go there and demand for my package or I will not leave. Also I’ve never used FedEx for personal shipping only USPS. Held my package for four days, no explanation and no available representative. Started a complaint ticket, so now they're holding it longer just to prove a point. They should acquaint themselves with what happened to Pitney Bowes in 2021. YES, i'm that D Brown. Send us our stuff. Edit: 7 days now because I complained. Filed a report with AG's office. Anyone else who is waiting should do the same. If everyone does and keeps it clean and factual, this facility will soon get sorted out.
Perrysburg location will be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is illegal to hold important packages. Their practices must be stopped.
