Super helpful staff great customer service
Employees always snotty and rude. She did not know how to do something and refused to ask for help. Employees yelled at me on the way out the door.

Don't go here, there is an actually fedex place less than a mile away. This place wanted to charge me $7 to put a piece of tape on a box.
