poor service! it's a real Fedex Authorized shipcenter in there? returning package here and the front desk guy say can not scan QR code and I said I would have a label but needs print out. and he said 15 cents or go to other fedex. ??what??? sounds like you should not suppose to be here? REDICIOLOUS!
It says it’s an authorized FedEx shipping center, but they cannot scan the QR code. You have to bring your shipping label…
Poor service. Brought in a package ready to ship. Clerk insisted that I had to use his computer terminal to create the label. I don't think he knew how to do it. At least my package arrived intact, a day late but intact.
