Place is a joke. They want one dollar for printing return labels when they can't just scan QR codes

FedEx unfortunately does not have stand alone drop off centers. This location had 4 people in person watching us deliver large, heavy online returns. Could not be less helpful of unfriendly.
I have to admit it was a little nerve wracking when they told me to just put my package on the floor and leave it there. Not even in a basket or in any designated spot. They didn't even scan it or anything. Hypothetically they or anybody else coming through the store could have stolen it, and I'd have no proof that I ever dropped it off in the first place. But it all worked out in the end, so I guess I'm happy.
