FedEx is the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody even opened the store for us, and we were repeatedly sent from one FedEx Ship Center to another, even to FedEx Ground ( 3058 Lakemont Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29708–1646 SC-160 Suite E, Fort Mill, SC 29708 ) and no one helped or took responsibility. We were fully signed up and ready, with boxes measured and labeled, yet they refused to take any of them, wasting our time, delaying shipments, and causing us to lose clients. I’m not sure what the name of rude, useless representative is that works at this office, but she’s got no business answering the phone. No answers to the inquiry and hung up on me when I expressed my disappointment in the package being “lost”. That’s correct. They lost my package in Alabama and this woman is rude because I’m not happy about it.
The most disgusting delivery service! They didn't pick up my parcel and took it away, saying that I was allegedly unavailable, although I was at home and waiting! No one called or even knocked on the door!!! Nasty and terrible attitude to their work and people who are waiting for their parcels! THE MOST DISGUSTING DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

FedEx Fort Mill…. For two days I have sat at home waiting on this package and both days I watch the FedEx truck drive right past my building without even stopping. I immediately get a notification that said attempt to deliver failed will try again tomorrow. I left detail instructions on how to get in my building. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. You have to actually stop to make an attempt. After reading all the negative reviews on this areas FedEx, I will do whatever to avoid using FedEx.
