Nothing better than taking a whole day of work off because I have to sign for a package. Estimated delivery time: 8:00 am" turns to 11 am turns to 1 pm turns to maybe today... Ya I love taking PTO to just sit at home for 12 hours and still never get my package and they won't let me pick it up at their building even if I have an ID showing my delivery address. How is anyone who doesnt work from home expected to use this company???

Always get my package(s) on time.
Need to make sure drivers deliver packages to the direction on packages not to where ever I always have package deliver to back door only.
