Quick and painless process to mailing of a couple packages. The pricing seemed higher than direct with shipping services, but this is a convenience service. Customer service was superb.
Basic fed ex postal annex with two workers who barely look up at you or greet you when you walk in. The two women behind the counter were talking to each other the whole time but at least handled my package quickly.
Don’t come here. They can’t print labels unless you email them the entire label at the cost of $1.25 a sheet, $5 minimum for non-cash payments. They were not upfront with any of this information nor was it on FedEx’s website.
Representatives were very polite and patient in figuring out how to package and send computer equipment to the east coast and helped me save $50 with a better deal. Thanks Kellen!
