I have only used this place to drop-off pre-paid packages but their service has been top notch. I always get a receipt and usually in and out in a minute or two.
Had a good experience at the FedEx Ship Center. The line wasn't too long, and the person who helped me was friendly and efficient. Got my stuff shipped out smoothly.

The help from Kyle today was amazing. To say he went up up above and beyond for my needs would be an understatement. I got 37 pages printed out, enveloped and shipped by hand through a carrier service, all while being miles and miles away; and over the phone was truly appreciated. Not to mention he wouldn't even accept a tip for lunch from me. Thank you publicly sir. God bless you.
