This place is never open when it says it is supposed to be. Five customers this morning waiting outside at 9:15 am to drop off packages and the place is dark. Should we stand around hoping an employee will show up?? Over the holiday season, the place was closed on the days the sign said they would be open. Can’t get your employees to work? Then maybe the managers/owners can go work and service their customer community during and after the busy holiday season! It says they close at 6:00pm but got there at 5:45pm and doors were already locked. There were a couple of ladies there but they didn’t acknowledged us at all.
Very good service
Closed at 9:20 when they were supposed to open at 9:00. Had to find another FedEx location.
