I was told we do not sell envelopes or boxes, nor do we provide taping services. You have to bring your items fully packed and sealed. To me, it seems ridiculous that you don't even sell envelopes or boxes so I can package an item and hand it right back to you to send. That is the reason for my one-star rating. Going forward, I will take my business to places like PostNet that handle everything for FedEx packages and seal it all for you.
Very quick and easy.
