By far the worst shipping company! All they do is lose packages and dont care about what happens to them. Their attention to detail and desire to resolve a problem or issue is not there. Regardless if you talk to a manager or rep.
I stopped by to ship an item with the bar code label provided by the company. The attendant was not able to help me ship the item. She told me they were newly adding FedEx! She said they weren’t totally equipped to mail packages. I wasn’t sure if she just didn’t know how to do it or not. She told me the code wouldn’t scan, however I went straight to another location and they scanned it and it was mailed.
I was a little surprised bc this is a relatively sm PakMail shop. The representative was polite and my package was delivered in a timely manner.
I was prepared to stand in line for the lunch rush at this location. But I had the place to myself. All my questions and concerns were kindly answered (even when I went back to double-check).
