I was a little surprised bc this is a relatively sm PakMail shop. The representative was polite and my package was delivered in a timely manner.
I was prepared to stand in line for the lunch rush at this location. But I had the place to myself. All my questions and concerns were kindly answered (even when I went back to double-check).
Worst shipping service ever. Not picking up an express package scheduled and keep blaming customer for not scheduling.
Never delivery the package to me. Always stick the note at the door say we miss you, will make another attempt. No address or anything to pickup. Lazy to ring the bell, then return my product to the seller...never do business with fedex please.!!
Worst customer service, refused to punch in the code for my package, the label I printed up at home was faded, low on ink, and when I told UPS and USPS just Punched in the code, they told me they don't do that. I do online sales and will never use Fed ex again, they lost about 1800$ in sales from me and whoever else I can educate on how poor their customer service is.
