Very rude and unprofessional caucasian older lady that works at the front desk didnt have any good customer service whatsoever! You won't have to worry about me delievering "ANY" of my packages to this establishment anymore!!! IF I WERE YOU I WOULD PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING/DELIVERING ANY PACKAGES HERE IF YOU ARE OF COLOR!! The old lady seems very rascist and unwelcoming!!! I hate I had to give them one star if it was up to me they wouldnt have "ANY" stars but I had to give them one to leave this review.

I should have gone to an actual Fedex. I searched for Fedex and this place came up as an authorized Fedex shipping location. It was close to me, so I went. The customer service was horrible. The lady definitely didn't want to be there and it showed. I will not return. There is nothing like a hello, and exhibiting a willingness to assist when encountering new customers. I was greeted with more of a, why are you here, and why are you asking me to put a piece of tape on this box?
