Wanted to return my package which was ordered from online, and the package got returned. Seamless experience got it done quick.
The images for this location on Google business review or inaccurate. This is an independent store that partners with Fedex. They helped me to print a label for Fedex to put on a package, and I put in the box for be picked up later. I was told it would be picked up at p.m. but it was picked up at 8 AM. The FedEx tracking record reports that it was sent to Maryland and signed by a certain name. Yet the company that should’ve received the item never received it. It shows open when I came it is closed.
Had to get an urgent international letter out and the owner was willing to stay after hours to help send it out. Fair prices (wayyy cheaper than UPS!) and very helpful and great service. Would recommend
Closed here but show open online , they don’t care about people time😏
