This place is closed and no longer operating, don't waste your time like I did.
It was extremely difficult to access the facility due to that lack of snow removal. Once inside the staff couldn't have been any friendlier or efficient.

They helped me to print a label for Fedex to put on a package, and I put in the box for be picked up later. I was told it would be picked up at p.m. but it was picked up at 8 AM.
