Walked in and waited forever to get my package scanned in and a receipt printed out. Dude was clueless and could not make his computer system work. It took him forever to figure it out while he quietly stared at the screen. No explanation, no apology, no thank you for waiting, no hello or goodbye, no friendly smile to make up for lack of customer service. He eventually got it scanned in but i'll definately won't visit this location ever again.
