One star is too much. I have been here twice now and had very rude experiences both times. I typically only leave positive reviews but this location is extra!!!
Guy who works the counter here is not helpful and sort of rude. Asked him questions and he was uninterested. Told me to toss my package in the bin.
It is INSIDE RALPHS. Customer service poor
Refuse to reply any question, just told me to take the package to FedEx across the street, really bad experience
I go here 3 to 4 times per month and they always do well. They made a stressful process easy and stress free. Thanks as always.
