I had a strange experience at this authorized shipping center. During my visit, the employee pointed a handheld barcode scanner with a red aiming light at my face and told me it was a “new FedEx rule.” When I asked why, he said that “everyone has Neuralink.” This explanation didn’t make sense and left me confused and uncomfortable. If there is no such policy, employees should avoid making misleading statements to customers and explain procedures clearly. I hope management looks into this and provides better training.

The reviews are true. Staff had an attitude and gave no clear information about shipping options or pricing. When I asked about costs for overnight or next-day delivery with USPS, FedEx, or UPS, I was told, “I don’t think you’d want to spend $100 to send using FedEx.” Very dismissive and unprofessional. Not a place to visit if you expect good service.
