Very cordial, polite & patient.
Staff was lazy and not helpful. Both people had attitudes, asked a question and it must have bothered them more then anything. I do not recommend using this place. You would think people would be happy to have a job that provides for them but not the 2 people I delt with. Trust me and find another place to use for package shipping. I wish google had a negative star review cause they don't deserve the 1 star. I had to leave and went to another shipping location to send out package.
