Very cordial, polite & patient.
Staff was lazy and not helpful. Both people had attitudes, asked a question and it must have bothered them more then anything. I do not recommend using this place. You would think people would be happy to have a job that provides for them but not the 2 people I delt with. Trust me and find another place to use for package shipping. I wish google had a negative star review cause they don't deserve the 1 star. I had to leave and went to another shipping location to send out package. Customer service representative at the counter has an attitude, no smile, and tone of voice was ridiculous. Also tried ori ti g a shipping g label, kept getting error and manager did not even knew what he was talking about. Bad experience.
