Went in to send something with a prepaid label; it was fine. But then I watched as the employee spoke very rudely to the other customer in the store. He was confused about something and asked for clarification. She was very curt with him and her attitude escalated quickly. This left me standing there in an extremely shocking and uncomfortable situation that went on for a few minutes. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
They don’t accept a 8x10 rug I need to send it though FEDEX …..only accepts small packages
5/11/2024 Despite the ads on this site; and the message on their voice mail as I approached their door with an awkward/heavy item to ship there was a note on the door that they were CLOSED (and obviously had closed early the day before) Never will use this place and do not recommend
