Great service! I was standing in line just to drop off a prepaid package, and the lady working there noticed me. She kindly told me I didn't need to wait in line, took my package right away, and saved me a lot of time. Very nice and efficient. Will definitely come back!
Went in to send something with a prepaid label; it was fine. But then I watched as the employee spoke very rudely to the other customer in the store. He was confused about something and asked for clarification. She was very curt with him and her attitude escalated quickly. This left me standing there in an extremely shocking and uncomfortable situation that went on for a few minutes. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
They don’t accept a 8x10 rug I need to send it though FEDEX …..only accepts small packages
