The representative at Fed Ex ship center was exceptionally helpful and understanding The automated call center was unhelpful and annoying. I pressed 0 numerous times but she was relentlessly. She definitely needs to find her something else to do!!!
My package was here in Michigan and then went to ohio? FedEx seems to be making more and more errors. I will be avoiding any website that ships with FedEx this holiday season.
