Crapiest attitude from the security guards and most dmb regulations. Very inhumane environment.
Literally would not let me pick up my own package WITH ID. Wouldn't let me schedule my delivery time because PEOPLE WORK AT NOON. Can't even understand customer service. FEDEX makes no sense
Not a huge fan of fedex, but after being turned away from the Fife location without great explanation or help (where they print labels and also where they've accepted this exact battery before), we were sent here. Started off rocky with no one around and the phone being wonky, but then Jonathan Jones answered and saved us! What a guy! He assisted in printing the label even though that's not typical at this location and ensured all was good with the package. Go Jonathan Jones! You rock!
