Can't reach an actual human and they've had my package without attempt at delivery or call for days.
My invoice is dated Dec. 29, 2023 But I got the letter August 21, 2024 At the same time I got 3 letters from collection agency. But nobody to talk to me at fed ex. The agent at the store says I need to call the number on the invoice. Nobody answers the number on the invoice. An AI, answers but always hangs up on me. It won't transfer to a live agent. Worst shipping company in AK, can't even call an Anchorage office. They say deliver until 8:00 pm which is a total lie. So disappointed, I scheduled specif delivery time in the evening (people do work) and zero effort.
