They have had no problems delivering our orders to our new home. The drivers have been respectful of our property and have been polite and professional.
My daughter and I picked up a car hood from this location. They were friendly and very helpful. Gavin, who works there helped us put the huge box on-top of our car and he put our ratchet straps around the box for us!! Gavin I hope you see this post and get a raise, you deserve it!!!! We made it safely home and the box didn't move. That was about a 45 min drive.
Gavin was so helpful and courteous. All the wonderful people were pleasant & nice. Thank you all so much.
My package has been on the truck for delivery 2 days in a row with no delivery attempt made. I see them drive right past my house. Im starting to wonder if the driver will ever make the attempt to do their job. If I had the choice of choosing who to deliver my package it wouldn't be FedEx. Update: Were now on day 4 of this package being out for delivery, on a truck, and not getting delivered. Fun fact is FedEx now has a second package of mine that is also not being delivered.
