Efficient and welcoming.
Terrible experience. A package was sent to but not delivered and sent back to sender. When I called there customer service rep for an explanation why its being sent back they said to contact the sender themselves. I dont understand why fed ex cant give an explanation when they are the one shipping out our packages. Unreliable shipping company.
This depot is possibly the worst depot ever. All my packages that i have gotten from this depot have been returned to sender for BS reasons such as undeliverable or business closed. 1) im home all the time 2) this is a house They need to shutdown this depot as no one is getting any other packages from here.
Returned my package to sender without even attempting delivery.
