Worst renting experience of my life. Constant damages and anxiety.
As a property owner I had a poor experience with this company. As a prior commenter mentioned, they lack basic communication and interpersonal skills. Multiples times I would give their number to prospective tenants who would call and never hear back. They put the most minimal effort possible into property upkeep and maintenance. After 2 years under their watch my buildings are in worse shape and have lower occupancy than when I handed the keys to Max in 2021.
