Customer service is awful. It just seems like they don’t care. I’ve had missing items, wrong items, one time I walked in to order in person and there was no one at the register! They’ll ask if you want salsa then proceed to ignore you and give you nothing. It’s a shame because I like the food but I will not be going back. My advice is to triple check your bags and be patient, they’ll let you down just like they let me down.
Forgot hot sauce with my meal 3 times in a row I'm done
Food is good, reason im reviewing it's because I got their Birria Maruchan and it didn't have any meat at all. I called and let them know, had to drive back to the restaurant. The employee gave a little side of birria and that was it, no apologies
