I was taken aback by a recent interaction I witnessed, and it has left me quite unsettled. The behavior displayed by the female worker was, frankly, quite disturbing. I found her actions to be incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, which is something I never expect to see. It made me question the standards and decorum expected in professional settings. Terrible customer service unwilling to fix mistakes
Most definitely the worst customer service possible. In all of Albuquerque actually. We went through drive through. Rung me up completely wrong in the beginning. Gave me horrible attitude when I let her know that the order. Seemed she was already upset when we pulled in and took it out on us. When we received the order after what was almost a 20 minute wait for two entrees, the order was off completely and a small line had accrued, was she treating everyone like this?
