I can't even begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Washington for the excellent care I have received from him. After seeing him for many years, I recently moved 150 miles away. So I was trying to get under the care of a new Gynecologist. But I had a very bad experience with that new doctor in my new town. I was very fortunate to be able to see Dr. Washington again yesterday, who gave me a clean bill of health regarding the issues the other doctor was trying to say I had. I can't tell you how relieved I am!
I've been a patient of Dr. Hilliard for almost 27 years. He is a kind and concerned dr. He has the best bed side manner. Go to him for your needs. You won't be sorry.
It needs improvement on the time of scheduling. They tell u "u have your appointment at 10". I walk in at 9:30 and there are 15 people allready there. Anyone else that came in also repeats, like I did, I'm here for my 10 o'clock appointment. BUT SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE THAT COMES IN... the wait is on. Needs to improve.
