Dr Laham seen our daughter when she was rushed to the AdventHealth hospital not responding and having seizures that wouldn't stop. Up to that point she was 100% healthy and barely ever had a cold. Initially no one knew what was wrong with her so they had to put her in a coma to stop the seizures before they killed her. Dr. Laham was consulted by our son's pediatric oncologist on a case of c-diff, which is a potentially life threatening infectious disease for children with compromised immune systems. The consult consisted of about 5 minutes in the room. He made no inquiry into current medications or any other type questions to get to the root cause. Only after we as parents discovered one of his regular medications is a top candidate for causing c-diff were we able to stop the multiple recurrences of this.
