Dr Federico Castro Moure is a top notch surgeon. I first met him in the emergency room due to a fall off of a ladder. I broke my L1 into 6 pieces and he reconstructed it. 2 months post surgery I lost my bladder control. I talked with him and he advised me to get down to the hospital quickly. I have been calling this office for the last 2 days, about 3-4 times per day to get an appointment since I was referred to this doctor from the hospital. I have spoken with several people that told me they are just message takers and they will have a scheduler reach out to me. I have two broken vertebrae in my back and I have not gotten a single call back from anyone in this office.
