Very very disappointed. Had to have the engine replaced in my van. The work got done in a timely manner but the warranty was to cover $2000 of the $5000 repairs. When the van was ready to be picked up was informed I had to cover 100 percent of the bill up front. The $2000 was to be in my hand no later than 5pm Oct 3rd. I still do not have my money it is now the 11th. I call and speak to Rick. Getting no where. Promises to return my calls after he speaks to someone else.. When you go to buy a car, they are the best dealership. So friendly, nice, and professional. They minute you have a problem they are the WORST dealership. If I could give them negative stars I would. My less than two year old car will not start and they refuse to fix it. The service manager, Rick, gave me the run around. So I called dodge headquarters, and it's being taken care of by a different dealership.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Federico, from my salesman, David Sanders! I once again could have not asked for a better car buying experience and would never buy from anyone else. All staff in all departments are very pleasant to work with as well!

Very disappointed. Just bought a new truck & can't get the salesman to call us back with the pricing for running boards, bed liner, etc. Have called 5 times & spoke with general manager and still no pricing info or call back. Would not recommend this dealer

Good buying experience but when i took the van in for a running light out at 32,000 miles clearly within the so called bumper to bumper warranty they charged $128.00 This light is clearly recessed into the bumper. Paint off the front bumper the size of 1/2 dollar just came off. At 38,000 miles all the lights in back went out at one time. I will NEVER buy from them again
