The bakery products may be good, but customer service is awful. I ordered a cake and was quoted a price. When I picked up the cake I was charged a 40% higher price. Federhofer wouldn’t stand by their quoted price. Instead, they firmly said that they were charging me the correct amount, according to their price book, for the product and would not stand by their quote. If you get a quote from them be very cautious. I will no longer trust Federhofer’s word and will not shop there again.
