I cannot believe this company is ran the way it is and big brand name companies (Blue Home Improvement) (Red Circle Department Store) are willing to partner with this money grabbing, "don't speak up or we WILL fire you". The CEO calls herself a visionary. the only thing I can envision is fraud but that's just me. If you are looking to partner with FSS ON ANYTHING make sure your paperwork is read 3 times over and twice by someone else. They offer wonderful incentives. As someone running a business with set deadlines, I found them very pleasant and responsive to work with. Our rep, Patrick, particularly was excellent and went far beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. I'll be doing business with them again, for the future relicensing.
If you own your own cabling company like Lance Russell and you refuse to pay your employees and you destroy families with taking someone's pay so you can buy a house and take children's Christmas presents so you can buy your Harley and hummer, federated is for you. Call lance at federated they will hire you if you steal from people and break laws and get dui charges and are a pathetic veteran like lance Russell and his brother Sean who stole someone's life over money but that's how veterans are. Great place to do business. This company cares about the customer experience and goes above and beyond in their unique abilities to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
I've worked with Federated for almost 10 years. I have watched this company grow but they maintain the small business feel. The employees know each other personally and are willing to help across departments instead of everyone being siloed into teams that only interact at a leadership level. The website displays the company's core values, but the daily actions of the employees demonstrate the commitment to these values. I expect I will see even more growth over the next 10 years as well!
