Great agents and good coverage
I've had Carson as my agent for the last 5 or 6 years and he has been great to work with. I needed something from the main office and they were super helpful.
Ron Barnes is a liar he told My wife that we would no longer have to deal with any audits if we signed up with them and then he told me that we were insured for $40,000 on one of my vehicles that was never the case and when the vehicle was totaled they did not pay me out on it and when come time to renew my insurance policy they told me that we had coverage for $225,000 on my workman's compensation policy and it only ended up being $180,000 never do business with this company
I was declined my disability insurance, and I had also had a life insurance policy a whole life insurance where I was putting my own money in, and I went to funding the account and gain my funds back that were needed, When I called the company, they refused to refund my funding that I had funded to my own account with them. I’ve lost about $5000 with this company I am not one for leaving negative reviews for no reason rarely do I because for the most part people are trying and are good… But I am so very upset at the situatio... read more
This will be right at home with the other one stars. Drew had been a Yes Man from the time I met him, said he could get my insurance lower but actually increased it. Thanks for taking advantage of a brand new business and not upholding your fiduciary responsibility.
