Worst management ever! None of their properties are worth living in. Look elsewhere for better management. I rate them zero (0) on a rating scale of 0 to 10. Please take review of this management serious! Do not rent any property that they manage! I have regretted and so will not like anyone to experience same fate as I did. Rate negative 5 stars I rented from this company for one year and truly can say the experience was awful. I knew in my lease they would do inspections of the home but I definitely didn’t realize it would be so regular. There was never any complaints however when it was time to return my deposit they tried to find everything wrong. They even wanted to charge me $5 for a toilet paper holder (that is .97 cents in Walmart) that wasn’t in the bathroom upon arrival. This is a very bad company. They don't fulfill their responsibilities and will steal money from you when you're done with your lease and time for them to return your deposit. I highly recommend any other company besides FMG. I rented 11048 Arrowbrook Lane and my water bill has been very high. My next door neighbor told me that the leak is a problem that FMG knew about and that hid it from me.

I rented from Federated for years. Worst company ever! When we moved in the place was NOT professionally cleaned as they expected from us when we moved out. After the first day i was on the phone with them about the light bulbs constantly blowing it never got fixed, 2nd week there sliding screen door came out of the track so i called to have them fix it .. guy comes and says this screen does not belong to this door and its discontinued but ill figure something out . he sat it against the wall and that is where it sat for t... read more

Do NOT let Dianne be your realtor. She took my application for a house to rent and did not process it for over 5 days. She said she was waiting on rental history that she never requested. House was rented within 2 days by another realtor on same property. Instead of being honest, Dianne processed the application on an already rented property and found bogus reason to deny all so she would not have to refund application fees. I reached out to management and nobody took the time out to contact me back. What thieves!!

After having had several incompetent managers at other management groups, I have been very pleased and elated with the experience I have had with Federated. I have since terminated my relationships with other groups and I have brought all of my business to Federated.

Bert has excellent skills in evaluating applicants for tenancy. Prior to her taking on my properties, I had short term tenants who were consistently late in paying the rent and deserted the properties leaving damage. She has chosen excellent tenants who remain long term tenants and pay their rent on time each month. Thanks!!!!!
