My mother died and left 5 beneficiarys. I unloaded her house, had it cleaned, interviewed realtors, listed the house, sold the house, closed faster than Federated Hermes could give me my share. I sent them forms that they claimed they did not received. My neice sent them forms that they claimed they did not receive. Horrible customer support.
Combat veteran interviewed for a compliance position and was ghosted after 2 great interviews and multiple email follow ups. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and stature to not have the common decency to send a quick follow up that takes 10 seconds.
