My late grandfather was a vice president for this once great company back in the 60’s and 70’s. He would be appalled by the actions of this company today. Their insured driver rear ended and totaled our daughters car and they have done absolutely nothing at this point, no call back after initial report, no offer of a rental car, never even asking if my daughter and 9 month old granddaughter were ok. It been 2 WEEKS! I now understand why there are so many lawyers constantly on TV soliciting.
Wish I could give 0 stars the person they insure hit me doing 90 in a 45 and they have drug this out it’s been almost a month and I still don’t have a car nor do I have a rental they are rude and if you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you that there isn’t one they don’t return calls they are extremely hard to deal with 10/10 do not recommend this has been a nightmare
