We use this company to close on a condo. I was located in Georgia and my son purchased in Washington DC. Every step of the way , they kept us informed. I really felt like they were taking care of us and made sure every T was crossed an I was dotted. Also, Federal Title researched various programs that in the end helped us with Taxes and Homeowners fees for years to come. I would 100 percent recommend.
