The building is kind of off ,little bit like the hallways really look kind of dirty the rugs are really really old and have stains on them , none of the washers and dryer‘s work correctly The gym really doesn’t have much certain things don’t work , elevator always having problems & no parking anywhere ! Oh and now people are stealing packages and breaking into the building wonderful 2023

Up and coming neighborhood
Very dirty hallways, with stains all over the carpets. This is a residential building, with security on the doors. This is a neighborhood which is very loud and unsafe. Even for residents, there is no parking close by, which is made even worse by the winter parking bans. I would think very carefully before renting a unit in this building, as you will likely walk quite the distance daily, to and from your vehicle.
