I’ve worked in construction all life, Federal Roll-Off is the best dumpster provider I’ve ever used! They are always very responsive, if there is any issue they let you know right away. Wouldn’t use anyone else, Highly recommend!
After using another company for 9 years I decided to try a different roll off dumpster company. The driver named Mona called me to tell me that the delivery was done before I could get some wood out to the job site to pad the dumpster. She happily let me know that she would turn around and go back and lift the dumpster and put some of her own wood under it to protect the driveway. This great customer interaction has made an awesome 1st impression for me . Thank you Mona
Great working with the whole team. I've needed a few roll-offs per day over the last 3 months. They've always been great about keeping up with our project's needs. Special thanks to Mona. She is great about communicating when dropping and pulling. She has gotten me out of a few binds when I've forgotten to make space or people have moved my cones. Federal makes me look good to my superiors and the property.
